National Sales Manager

What will you do?

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals, target key market segments, and maximize revenue generation.
  • Lead and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
  • Set and Achieve Sales Targets: Establish ambitious but realistic sales targets and quotas, monitor performance metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and proactively address their concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze Market Trends and Competitive Landscape: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product offerings.
  • Report and Analyze Sales Performance: Provide regular reports on sales performance, analyze key metrics, and present insights to senior management to inform decision-making.

Who are you?

  • Proven experience in a similar role in the concrete industry required; specific sales experience in concrete restoration is an asset
  • Experience having managed teams in an asset
  • Experience in P&L management an asset
  • Independent mindset who does well without any micro managing
  • People person: comfortable meeting prospects and current customers to drive revenue
  • Strong communication and time management skills
