Our Client
Our client is a fast growing windows and doors manufacturer in Ontario. They are expanding aggressively and are looking to add a couple Inside Sales Representatives to manage all their inbound leads.
What will you do?
Our client is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding their customer base and driving revenue growth. You’ll be working with warm, inbound leads from customers who are already interested in their products/services. Focus on building relationships, understanding needs, and presenting solutions that help them achieve their goals. - Identify and qualify potential customers through inbound leads and networking. (No cold calling!)
- Develop rapport and establish strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Actively listen to customers, ask insightful questions, and identify their pain points and challenges.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of their products or services and demonstrate how they address customer needs.
- Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Work closely with other sales team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity.
Who are you?
- Education or experience in building materials, A&D, construction, building science or other relevant fields a huge asset
- Must be able to read blueprints and recommend relevant solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A natural ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and present persuasive solutions.
- Driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Able to handle objections and setbacks with a positive attitude.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
- Collaborative and supportive team member with a willingness to learn and grow.
