Our client

Our client is one of the largest manufacturers of bathroom products across North America. They are looking for a sales profession to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the industry, such as distributors, contractors, architects, designers and so on to drive sales and continue establishing their brand as a trusted partner.

 What will you do?

  • Develop and execute targeted business plans for key customers, ensuring we exceed sales targets and expand market share.
  • Cultivate deep, long-lasting relationships with the relevant industry audience such as distributors, contractors, architects, designers etc., becoming their go-to resource for plumbing and construction solutions.
  • Conduct strategic sales calls and presentations, showcasing the value and innovation of the product portfolio.
  • Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service, from product training and technical support to order fulfillment and issue resolution.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Provide ongoing analysis and report of activities in the sales territory and a monthly sales forecast report.

Who are you?

  • 4+ years of sales experience in the wholesale and distribution  industry, with plumbing and construction sales experience a definite asset.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful customer relationships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including persuasive presentations and effective negotiation.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong team player who values open communication, knowledge sharing, and collective success.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a willingness to travel extensively within your territory.
