What will you do?

You are a key driver of growth, responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for the Agri products business line. This role involves building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our company’s products and services as the ideal solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect and generate new leads through networking, industry events, cold calling, and market research.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for expansion are explored.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the industrial sector.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their challenges and identify how our solutions can provide value.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our company’s capabilities and address client needs.
  • Skillfully negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals for the company.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic planning.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, technical, operations) to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.

Who are you?

  • 5+ years of relevant experience selling flooring solutions or agricultural products.
  • Must be able to generate own leads while managing existing accounts and working on leads assigned by the marketing team
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
