Our Client

Our client is a leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of high-quality outdoor living products. They offer a wide range of innovative solutions for homeowners and businesses across North America, including shade, shelter, storage, and recreational products. They are seeking a talented and motivated Regional Account Manager to manage and grow their key accounts in [Your Region].

What will you do?

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing retail partners in your assigned region, including major retailers and independent stores.
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities to expand product placement, increase shelf space, and promote products within your accounts.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans that align with overall sales goals and address individual customer needs.
  • Introduce new products and merchandising programs to your accounts, providing training and support to ensure successful launches.
  • Track sales performance, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement within your region.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • This role requires regular travel within your assigned region to visit customer locations and build relationships.

Who are you?

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the outdoor products, building materials or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A driven and motivated individual with a track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Confident and persuasive communicator with the ability to present product information and sales proposals effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. This role requires frequent travel within your assigned region.
