What will you do?
- Prepare and process important client documents, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Manage client accounts and facilitate payment arrangements.
- Support the team in managing client relationships and responding to inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilize and maintain a client management system to effectively manage information and workflows.
- Assist in the preparation of client proposals and reports.
- Gather and organize client information for various purposes, including renewals and policy updates.
- Develop a strong understanding of client needs and operational processes.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through collaboration with experienced colleagues.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping.
