Our client is a leading global industrial supplier and distributor serving the OEM and MRO markets.

What will you do?

  • Set clear goals and expectations for individual team members, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to support their development and maximize their potential.
  • Plan, direct, and oversee all sales activities within the region, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends.
  • Stay informed about market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and proactively address challenges.
  • Analyze market data and develop effective strategies to drive sales growth, optimize performance, and achieve regional targets.
  • Ensure efficient and effective operations across all areas of responsibility, including sales, customer service, and logistics.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of your team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction remains high.
  • Monitor and manage regional financial performance, including inventory, expenses, and budget adherence.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive overall business success.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize performance across the region.

Who are you?

  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams, preferably within a multi-location or geographically diverse environment.
  • Strong understanding of business principles, sales strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans and drive results.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to foster collaboration, build consensus, and work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Driven to achieve goals, exceed expectations, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools to effectively communicate and manage information.
