A globally recognized Software Company / SaaS solutions provider for Cloud Computing platforms, in the Business Intelligence and Analytics Space, was looking to up-level their hiring consistency and processes.

Objectives

  • Radically improve time to hire

  • Develop an effective, repeatable and enjoyable hiring process that consistently produces predictable results
  • Identify, hire, and retain candidates successfully
  • Upskill Hiring Managers in talent acquisition processes
  • Overhaul underperforming recruiting campaigns and ineffective job descriptions

GOAL

At a very exciting time in the SaaS space, our goal was to enable the company with the ability to employ a cost effective, strategic, neuroscience backed, talent acquisition platform that could eliminate all of their hiring obstacles. One that would create transitional ease, effective results, and total support for hiring managers.

This process began by walking clients through our proprietary and comprehensive process, which included Discovery, Stakeholder Interviews, Training, Software, Support, and Candidate Delivery.

DISCOVERY

This was a comfortable and simple step-by-step process specifically designed to uncover the actual —not just the obvious—needs and challenges the business faced. The insights revealed through the Discovery process were then quantified, measured for impact, and shared, to find agreed upon tangible outcomes that would lead to repeatable successes.

STAKEHOLDER INTERVIEWS

This process was so different from any other provider.

The next stage involved meeting with Hiring Mangers, Recruiters, and company Leadership to account for individual needs and wants while plotting a course for an ideal future state. This process was also used to deepen understanding of the organization’s products and the value of those products for their customers. Furthering our knowledge of the company, its market position, goals, products, services and unique demands added to the customization of TalentHunt’s delivery to the client.

TRAINING

Here, efficiency was a priority. Therefore, a blended learning experience was quickly actioned for Recruiting and Hiring Managers. The organization began the training process through up-skilling in areas including:

  • Scientific Approaches to Hiring
  • Building Unique and Valuable Job Descriptions
  • Interview and Talent Assessment Training

SOFTWARE

To meet the specific needs of the SaaS Solutions provider, a bespoke design of our Digital Hiring Platform was configured to meet their unique requirements.

SUPPORT

The experience was almost like an additional employment benefit.

In concert with the training, we also connected the company to a ‘Just In Time’ user support platform, which was available in real time via Zoom, live chat, or email.

DELIVERY

Here, the SaaS company, through our support, had successfully filled all the requested positions within 45 days and selected to continue with our services by adding a second phase to meet their needs in Software Sales, Sales Engineering, Business Development and for Leadership Hires.
