What will you do?

  • Lead the formulating, planning, execution and analysis of marketing’s strategy to increase market share and deliver profitable growth in the short and long term
  • Deliver consistent, brand-aligned marketing designed collateral and experience across all products and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing, Digital and Product Management teams to identify timings and deliverables for new product introductions
  • Collaborate with in-market channels to ensure the effective introduction of new products
  • Establish a brand digital strategy, determine key priorities for Canada, digital and commercial platforms to make sure the long and short-term goals can be achieved
  • Develops the Canadian eCommerce strategy: revenue growth, customer acquisition, engagement and retention through innovative and strategic digital marketing initiatives and ongoing website optimisation
  • Accountable of developing, executing and reviewing the success of strategies and campaigns
  • Ensure investment required to achieve a successful, measurable implementation of in-market strategies are aligned to the Marketing playbook and global objectives
  • Contribute to the strategic management of the brand at a corporate level through participation in the global marketing business unit reviews. Manages and shares market research as per defined requirements
  • Coaches, develops, and retains high-performing marketing team
  • Leads recruitment, and development of roles, ensuring the acquisition of talent has the critical capabilities needed to deliver growth plans
  • Effectively manage external agency relationships when required

Who are you?

  • MUST HAVE: 3+ years leading and growing a marketing team
  • 8+ years total in a marketing role focused responsibilities relevant to this role
  • Understands digital marketing – Expert understanding of the levers required to deliver marketing investment across all channels and deliver a world-class end to end brand aligned customer experience
  • Experience with running an eCommerce website and demonstrating sales growth
  • Ability to understand and focus on what creates value for the entire business
  • Experience in analyzing and evaluating marketing data and sales reports, reaching logical conclusions and making business focused recommendations and decisions
  • Proven experience of fostering a culture of action learning and performance through effective coaching, mentoring and development conversations
  • Ability to use coaching skills to drive personal responsibility and commitment to action
