What will you do?

  • Travel within defined sales territory to meet prospects and customers and drive revenue to meet agreed upon targets
  • Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers consistently
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and  market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs
  • Strategically build a small team of sales representatives to deep dive into specific territory in Quebec, parts of Ontario and Maritimes
  • Participating in trade shows, training or associated product meetings when necessary

Who are you?

  • Proven experience in a sales role in B2B outside sales or in the HVAC, water systems or other relevant industry
  • Must be bilingual and fluent in French and English
  • Independent mindset who does well without any micro managing
  • People person: comfortable meeting prospects and current customers to drive revenue
  • Strong communication and time management skills
