What will you do?
- Manage a team of 6 to 7 sales reps and help them be successful
- Developing and communicating revenue targets to management, and individual sales goals to the sales team
- Build the team for new locations with the help of external agency partners
- Motivating and inspiring employees to meet sales targets that match the company’s goals
- Establishing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets to act as a guideline that enables measurement of individual and group performance
- Training and orienting new hires
- Day to day to management of anything and everything related to sales and revenue growth
Who are you?
- 10+ years of experience in brick or the general masonry space would be a huge asset
- Proven track record of building sales team and meeting revenue goals
- Strong network to leverage and drive sales
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
- Strong communication and people management skills
